Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival & Leh Exploration
Arrive at Leh Airport (Kushok Bakula Rinpoche) and transfer to your hotel.
Rest and acclimatize to the high altitude.
In the afternoon, visit Leh Market, Leh Palace, and Shanti Stupa.
Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 2 : Exploring Leh’s Highlights
After breakfast, visit Magnetic Hill, Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, and the Sangam of the Zanskar & Indus rivers.
Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Leh.
Day 3 : Journey to Nubra Valley
Early breakfast and drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass (5,602m), the highest motorable road in the world.
Visit Sand Dunes at Hunder. Optional activities: Camel Ride, Cultural Dance Show, ATV Ride (own cost).
If time permits, visit Diskit Monastery.
Check-in at your Nubra Valley camp/hotel.
Overnight stay in Nubra.
Day 4 : Pangong Lake Excursion
After breakfast, proceed to Pangong Lake via Shyok and Durbuk villages.
Enjoy the scenic beauty and visit the 3 Idiots Shooting Point.
Overnight stay in a camp near Pangong Lake.
Day 5 : Return to Leh & Sightseeing
After breakfast, return to Leh via Changla Pass.
En route tea break and visits to Sindhu Ghat, Shey Palace, 3 Idiots School, and Thiksey Monastery.
Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 6 : Departure
After breakfast, transfer to Leh Airport for your onward journey.
